Either way, when we design a home, we carefully consider each home around the land that it is on, how it needs to function & what details will give it that extra magic that will make you fall in love every time you walk through your front door.

Our House & Land Packages are the perfect choice for you if you would like a new home that you can just move into. House & Land Packages offer complete management from design through to completion on a range of thoughtfully designed, innovative homes which maximise value without compromising on style. This option lets you draw from our experience to deliver a finished home that is ready to move into.

Do you already have land? Our Design & Build option gives you the flexibility to create your dream home. Bring us your wishlist or customise one of our plans to which you can add your own finishing touches. Considered designs, timeless lines, lifestyle friendly layouts and cutting edge modern interiors are all characteristics of a Frame Home. Our Design & Build option ensures that your home is inspired by, and suited to your lifestyle.

Once you've decided which option is the best choice for you & signed your contract for your new home, the exciting part begins. You'll meet with our team to talk through & choose your colours along with any extras you'd like to add to your home. We will provide you with a full costing for any upgrades so that you know the price you've been quoted is the price you pay

This is the exciting part! Watching your house go up before your eyes! We take care off all the details from getting plans drawn, organising all of the tradies, dealing with council, right down to the finishing details like landscaping, driveways & fences. We will keep you updated every step of the way with our in-house programme that allows you to track progress, view photos & share messages. Plus the team is always on hand to answer any questions

Once construction is complete, all there is left to do is move in & enjoy!
