The countdown to the Registered Master Builders House of the Year is always a highly anticipated event here at Frame Homes. 

The team always scrubs up well & we headed along to enjoy a night of celebrations with our industry peers. But what does it mean for you having an award winning Registered Master Builder?

This prestegious competition celebrates building excellence. It awards the best homes & the builders & craftmanship put into them. All of our homes are built with an exacting detail to finishing & this year we were proud to walk away with Gold Awards, plus the Regional Category Award in both categories we entered.

First up we had our New Home up to $500,000. Designed by Kim at Franklin Architectural Design, this handsome double gable home was built for empty-nesters as a lock & leave home. Clad in brick, Linea Oblique & JCS vertical timber this home is a warm, spacious retreat.
